Theatre Set Design

20 x 16 foot backdrop. This was painted for a children's musical-- "Something rotten." Normally there are multiple scene changes. But for this spoof on Shakespeare and broadway musicals -- it only needed one backdrop.

Urinetown musical set design for a children's theatre company in the Seattle area. Designing the set was a fun challenge because I had to design a second show (Madagascar Jr. - The Musical) that performed the same nights. So the sets had to work for both shows-- even though both shows are totally different colors.

Stage 9a Designed for a large church in Lexington, MA. This stage is where skits and songs are performed before children go to their individual Sunday school classes. TV screens and a working door are included in the set. This allowed new characters to "enter".
